I had a major water leak in my home, and it caused a lot of damage. I called Elite Disaster Restoration, and they were able to come out and assess the damage to my home quickly. They got started on the cleanup process immediately, and it was great to see the water being removed from my home. I appreciated that their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about the steps we would need to take to ensure that the mold did not spread through my home. The restoration process was fast and effective. I highly recommend Elite Disaster Restoration for any of your water damage or mold removal needs.

I'm so glad I found Elite Disaster Restoration! My home flooded after a pipe burst, and I was devastated by the damage. My husband and I were worried that we'd have to move out of our home while it was being repaired, but we were lucky enough to find this company. Before they started working on our house, they sent out a team to take an inventory of the damage and give us an estimate for repairs. They also helped us decide what materials would be best for restoring our home's damaged areas. Once everything had been settled, they got right down to work on the restoration process. They were very compassionate throughout the entire process, and they did everything they could to make sure we understood what was going on with our house at all times. The technicians from Elite Disaster Restoration were also very knowledgeable about mold remediation—they made sure that our home didn't become infested with mold spores after it had been cleaned up from the flood damage! We were so grateful that they took such good care of us during such a stressful time.

Do not even waste your time hoping he insurance company will just take care of you. I had the claims adjuster attempting to say the damage didn’t exceed the deductible amount. After Elite Disaster Restoration was finished we agreed to $160,000. If you have a insurance claim at a very minimum give this company a call

I owe the world to Kyle for stepping in after we had a god awful experience with another contractor referred to us by the insurance company. Quality of work is outstanding couldn’t of had a better outcome for the sake of water damage. If I ever have to deal with my insurance company again this will be my first call

Wasn’t easy to get them to take the claim on but I’m sure glad they did. It’s a slow process but they sure know how to handle the insurance company. My original offer was 49k once Elite was done the claim was $290,000. That’s a 241k increase what these guys do is beyond incredible
