HIS CREW STOLE FROM ME…I came back from a road trip to find extensive water damage. I called Mike and they came right out. However, on day 2 I noticed one of my handguns was missing (I had to move everything due to the water damage). The way that it was discovered missing left no doubt that it had been stolen and not misplaced on the road trip. They all denied it of course, but when the constables questioned them, they believed that one was clearly acting suspicious. However, they ultimately had no proof to charge him. Mike said he would reimburse me for the cost of the stolen handgun, but has stopped responding to me. So…he hired a crew member that stole a pistol from a homeowner, which is bad enough, but he also didn’t keep his word. Maybe this business was once pretty good, but it is clear that they have not kept up that same standard.

They came to my rescue quickly. My questions and concerns were answered during the 3 day process of water extraction. If I couldn't reach them by phone, I was able to reach them by text.

Decided to use this company because we had a leak in our dining room. Company came out when we called and the two workers were nice. When we agreed to work with them they stated they would leave their equipment here (dehumidifier, large fan) over the weekend and come back Monday to pick it up. Monday morning comes and we get an email stating they’re “under the weather and can’t come between 9-10” like we agreed to and can now only make it between 3-5. Emailed the company requesting if there was someone that could be out sooner. Emailed them at 11:30. Never received a response. Called their number, no response. Been all day and could not get a hold of a single person by phone or email. No worker, no response. Incredibly unprofessional and I do NOT recommend if this is how they treat customers that paid over $800 this is terrible. Wanted to edit this to add that the next day we still hadn’t been contacted by anyone. Finally got a hold of someone in the middle of the day. Still no one came. Had to call again and they never explained ignoring us the previous day or anything. Just said someone would come by to pick it up tonight and hung up. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever worked with. Every time we attempted to contact them they acted annoyed or avoided our calls. I would rather deal with water damage than deal with this company ever again. Did not expect this level of unprofessionalism based off their reviews but based off dealing with them it feels like I’m being scammed and I do not recommend. Would give zero stars if possible. Avoid at all costs.
