I highly recommend this company we hired them to repair termite damage inside and out. The crew that came out was led by jaun,I can't say enough about him and his crew,everything he told us happened exactly as he explained and no matter how many times Iwe questioned him he answered with pure respect,no runaround answers like we're used to hearing! we have had terrible results from past contractors so we are very skeptical and its hard to trust people, but jaun was so patient and understanding with us ,we felt very good and comfortable with his answers and the plan he came up with! His crew were amazing and very friendly and respectful of our home . They got the work done in an amazing time frame we even requested to have work done before the hurricane and they went above and beyond to accommodate us!! My husband inspected every phase on everything that was done and he was respected, and treated with the upmost kindness!!! They cleaned up everything and when inside treated our home like their own jaun even wanted to vacuum my floor when everything was done, (I would not let him,,) no corners were cut,no chep products were used, and work was top notch!!!! Thank you jaun and your crew and thank you Ken Barns for your prompt response!!! Your honesty and kindness!!! I'd give yall 10 star rating if it would let me!!!!

I highly recommend Ken and Predator Restoration. We had a water heater leak at my mom’s house while she was in the hospital, and Ken went above and beyond to help me handle the entire ordeal. He was honest, kind, and reliable! All of his workers were professional and courteous. Even through insurance and hurricane Beryl, Ken and his team got the job done quickly!

Came downstairs one morning to find my kitchen had turned into a shallow swimming pool. A pipe had bust behind the kitchen sink. You feel overwhelmed and helpless in this situation, as I’d never experienced something like this before. I called for a plumber, who came out and stopped the leak and repair the pipe, but after leaking all night, everything that touched my kitchen floor was destroyed, especially the cabinets. The plumber recommended Predator Restoration, saying that he’d worked with them before and trusted them. He said they’ll work with you through every step from demolition to drying out everything, to even reconstruction. Calling them was the best thing I ever did. They were there within two hours, and they didn’t leave until they had removed (demolished) all wet cabinets and left their impressive machinery to dry out my home. They came back daily to check the progress, and within 3 days, all remaining structures were dry. I was so impressed with them I used them for the rebuild as well. Their rebuild team was extremely easy to work with, and within a few weeks we had a kitchen again. They’re team was very nice and knew what they were doing. From start to finish, they explained and aided me every step of the way, including speaking with my insurance. They took a terrible situation and made the process much less stressful. Can’t recommend enough.

I noticed there was mold under my son’s bathroom sink, which caused an internal panic due to previous remediation work done on our house. I reached out to predator restoration via messenger and got a response almost right away with a time frame for the next day. Jason showed up on time, was honest and helped identify the problem and different routes to a solution. Best of all he was patient enough to address my concerns and also help me on steps to take to prevent this moving forward. I would absolutely recommend and use predator restoration again in the future.
