After the first shock of having a huge flood unexpectedly at my house, I was facing the decision of which company to choose to help with this unfortunate situation. I’m happy to say that I chose right, this company is just amazing, they are communicative, understanding, and really put a lot of attention to details. The workers are very courteous and respectful, they truly treated our home like it’s their own. I would highly recommend everyone to not hesitate and just call them !!! They are by far the best company I have ever used.

Had a huge water damage in our upper bathroom that leaked through the ceiling to the 1st floor.. house was a mess! Called Restoration24 who responded immediately and in a very helpful manner. Work was done quickly and efficiently, other areas of the house were fully covered, as well as windows and protection for all furniture in impacted room. The crew was very professional, very respectful of us and our stuff, very friendly and very honest. They did a great job and I was extremely happy with their quality of work and will definitely recommended their services.

I've used restoration 24 at my Rental house in Seattle washington. The toilet was overflowing in the middle of the night and I knew that I have to get somebody right away. I called restoration 24 and they literally showed up in the house after 35 minutes. The guy that was running the job Arturo, was very pleasant through the whole process and guide me over the phone on the entire process and how to work with my insurance to make sure that I'm fully covered on the entire claim. I highly recommend them for anyone that's looking for a good service fast and reliable.

I was lucky to call these guys for my bathroom water damage. They were super responsive, analyzed the situation in minutes and acted immediately. Super nice guys, very helpful. Made my water damage experience not so bad.
