Roadrunner did an outstanding job repairing our tree damaged home after a storm. They have great crews. Thomas did a great for us with the repair paperwork and coordination with our insurance company. Danny, our Project Manager, tracked/managed our work every step if the way. He was always easy to contact for questions or updates. He did an outstanding job for us. Thanks Roadrunner for fixing our home like nothing happened. Job well done 👍

I had Joshua and Gilbert come to my house after Beryl. They were polite and did great work. They got all the gross drywall out and dried out my attic and other rooms of my house. They were not on time; they were early. Which is the first sign I knew they'd be great. They left zero mess.

I would not recommend! This company did my mitigation work a month ago. The team that did the actual mitigation work was very prompt and professional, and I anticipated a great experience. However, things quickly turned sour once the mitigation was completed, as my project manager (Thomas Nichols) has caused this experience to be an absolute NIGHTMARE. For several weeks, I have called and communicated to him that my insurance company needs the report from their work so that I can proceed with the rebuilding process, and Thomas has failed to produce said report. Instead, he has lied about being in meetings, lied about calling me back, lied about submitting it (to me), lied to my insurance adjuster, made a plethora of empty promises(it will be submitted by___”, “I will call back after this meeting”, “I’m working on something for my boss”,etc). He never follows through with these communications. I’ve had to reach out to him by phone and text MULTIPLE TIMES during the past three weeks and my insurance adjuster has also. (And he also misled him). Look at the photos. Our home has been left undone for THREE WEEKS because we are waiting for Thomas to do his job, but what is most disappointing is his dishonesty. If he would just be honest, I could proceed accordingly. I am extremely disappointed. This has caused serious disruption to our home. Dealing with this has been emotionally draining.

Roadrunner did a great job on our home. They did our water mitigation services and we kept them on to facilitate repairs and restoration. They knocked out the job in a very timely manner. Everyone was on time each day even though I know a few of the workers had long commutes! Much thanks!
